Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Clima Life Solutions, we offer collection and nationwide delivery for commercial refrigeration equipment throughout the UK.

Due to the size and weight of many refrigeration products, delivery charges are based on geographical zones.

Collection

Customers are welcome to collect equipment from our Rochdale facility by prior arrangement.

Collection Charge: FREE

Delivery Zones

Zone A – Greater Manchester & Surrounding Areas

Delivery Charge: £95

Local deliveries within Greater Manchester and surrounding areas.

Zone B – North West & Yorkshire Region

Delivery Charge: £150

Deliveries throughout the wider North West and Yorkshire regions.

Zone C – Midlands Region

Delivery Charge: £250

Deliveries across the Midlands and central England.

Zone D – South England Region

Delivery Charge: £350

Deliveries to the South of England and surrounding southern regions.

Zone E – Remote Areas & Long-Distance Deliveries

From £500

Deliveries to remote locations, coastal regions, Scottish Highlands, Islands, South Wales and other long-distance destinations.

Delivery Schedule

To keep transport costs competitive, deliveries are typically scheduled on:

  • Wednesday
  • Saturday

Alternative delivery arrangements may be available upon request.

Delivery Requirements

Customers are responsible for ensuring:

  • Safe and suitable access to the delivery location
  • Adequate space for unloading and positioning equipment
  • Any required site access permissions

Additional charges may apply where special access equipment, multiple personnel or extended waiting times are required.

Oversized Equipment

Certain items may require a bespoke delivery quotation due to their size, weight or handling requirements.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Serve Over Counters
  • Multidecks
  • Cold Rooms
  • Large Display Refrigeration
  • Specialist Refrigeration Equipment

Where applicable, delivery costs will be confirmed before dispatch.

Delivery Times

We will always aim to provide estimated delivery dates and keep customers informed throughout the delivery process.

While every effort is made to meet agreed delivery dates, delays may occasionally occur due to traffic conditions, weather, vehicle breakdowns or circumstances outside of our control.
